My Connections to Play

"Play energizes us and enlivens us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities.”
Stuart Brown, MD
With accountability and test scores being such a focus, we need to remember the value of play!  Kids need time to explore, create and interact.
In my view, children should be the priority for everyone.  Their success is our success.  Their future is our future.
"Childhood is a journey....not a race!"

Too often, adults focus too much on when children reach milestones.  Each child is unique and special and as such should not be continuously compared to others.
Life itself can be a puzzle for all of us if we don’t know what direction to go.

Playing and growing up seems as I always hiking for something new.
